Her Journey to Real Estate and Aloha
Before becoming a Realtor®, Caroline was an investor. She and her husband Mike started small, buying, renovating, and managing short-term rentals here on Maui. Those first few properties grew into a portfolio that now includes mid-term rentals, investment homes, and passive real estate holdings across multiple markets. That hands-on experience gave her a deep understanding of value, design, and what makes a property truly stand out.
When Caroline became a licensed Maui Realtor®, she brought that same investor’s mindset to her clients, combining analytical insight with an appreciation for craftsmanship and lifestyle. Born in Taiwan and raised between Vancouver and Maui, Caroline learned early the value of resilience, gratitude, and service.
